Section 183
Identity of victim or witness can be kept confidential

(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this code, the disclosure of the identity of a person or a witness suffering from a particular offense may have an adverse effect on the social reputation or honor of such person or witness or may cause undue fear, panic or fear on the part of the accused or any other party. Or if it appears that there may be an adverse effect on his life and safety, the investigating officer may request the court through the public prosecutor to keep the name, surname, nationality or his father's name or any other information that may be his identity confidential.
(2) Upon a request under sub-section (1), the court may make an order to keep the name, surname, nationality, father's name or identity of such victim or witness confidential.
(3) The name, surname, homeland or father's name of the person kept secret according to sub-section (2) shall be published with a fictitious name, surname, homeland or father's name during the hearing of the related case or during the publication of the related details in accordance with the order of the court.
